A Kharon Empire sounds interesting and I hope a fruitful venture for
you, your guild and indeed the whole of Achaea.

However, I had a rummage around the Church archives and, as I expected,
found no application of any form, or even any record of discussion,
with regard to our mighty Kharon brothers taking over the
responsibilities of Justice in Ashtan or indeed Achaea.

While I am sure, that the Kharon would be just and fair in their new
duties, I feel, and I am sure I not alone in this, that you do not have
the experience required to assume such duties, at least for the forseeable
future.

Brother, I would ask you to put your proposals to the Church in future and
not to rush forward into such follhardy ventures that would inevitably
be your undoing.
