The shops within Ashtan should all be unlocked and open at this time. If
your shop is still somehow locked, please let me know the location so
that I can rectify the situation.

It has also come to my attention that several shops within Ashtan were
illegally confiscated during the last war. If you have a claim on any
shop, please prepare any proof or details you may have for us to review.

And finally, we are still accepting applications for Archons. If you
feel up to the task, please refer to Public News 2520. Please be aware
we are excluding Enorian citizens from consideration.
