In three days, the Convocation of the Nightcleaver shall begin. The venue for our opening ceremony is Elentari's Traverse, a very lovely bridge commissioned by Hashan, built by the people of Moghedu, and named for the mortal who became Ourania, and it overlooks where the Temple of the Moon stood for centuries.

While is this is a gathering of Her flock, both laypersons and Order, all who come with peaceful intent are welcome.

After the gathering commences, Pilgrim Vesperyn of the Constellation shall perform our ritual, as there must always be a ritual in Her name and honour. The work she shall do is rather unique, and I thought it best to introduce it;

It is a common thing is esoteric religious traditions for one to be marked with symbols, whether for practical or beautification purposes. This is what the Pilgrim offers. She shall employ a fascinating technique of tattooing upon those who seek it, far removed from the gentle airbrushing we're all used to.

To Change is matter of great intent and great goals. The transformation is difficult and often uncomfortable. The Pilgrim shall offer a reminder of this truth, leaving in her wake symbols to remind us our goals are audacious and if we want them badly enough, we are committed to doing whatever it takes.

As I will never suggest a follower do something I will not do myself, I have requested the privilege of going first.

As for the art itself, the symbols are all meaningful to Ouranians, but for the most part are not exclusive to us. You may even apply your own meaning to a few - good. The courage to view reality through our own eyes and own truth is what the Moonlit Path is all about.

Whether you shall be a canvas or not, I do hope you join us under the Moon of the Huntress in around three days.
