The Village of Eleusis is the heart of Nature. To those who serve Nature, the Earthmother bestows Her sacred gifts so that they may wield the primal forces of the natural world to execute Her omnipotent will and to carry out the reclamation of the Earth. Stateless wanderers who would walk the Wilds are welcome to share in these connections to Nature, so long as they do not act to aid civilization. The lines between service and self-service have blurred and will now be sharpened.

By decree of the Earthmother and her High Coven, members of forestal classes are hereby barred from:
- formal alliances with any city-states,
- membership in orders or clans that are banned for Eleusian villagers.

Forestals currently in violation of this decree have 7 months to achieve compliance.
