Let it be known that Cyrene will no longer consider Arcadia and her people enemies of Oceanus' Gate. City-sponsored raids and the associated violence of major conflict against the state of Arcadia will no longer occur. Individuals who wish to test their mettle against the warriors who reside there may do so, but they shall not fly the banner of Cyrene while they act.

Additionally, shrines of the Skylord within the city proper will not be defiled in an attempt to incite conflict. We ask that this particular stance not be abused during holy skirmishes; while we have little say in the matter, I believe none who consider themselves in greater service to the Skylord would do so.

I would like to personally thank Sir Ithilien Silverwing of Arcadia for meeting with me within the walls of Aster Keep and speaking in earnest of peace before the great hearth, as many Knights of the past have done. He is a paragon to his lineage and his people. Likewise, I thank the Sovereign of Arcadia for placing her faith in her Knight and acting on his advice.

May stability and enrichment return to the Vashnars.
