Let it be known that on the 23rd of Mayan, 996 years after the fall of the Seleucarian Empire, and before the dawn of the 3rd year of the Thalassan Empire upon Sapience, the banner of Cyrene was raised in Blessed Phocia, Holy Scyros, and the Kingdom of Riparium. So too, do their banners fly in Cyrene as mutual allies.

Henceforth, should any who claim citizenship of those Kingdoms in the Undersea request the aid of Cyrene, they shall find it without question.

This is a notice to all who hunt and slaughter that should you raise claw, sorcery, blade, or curse against the meric peoples of Riparium, do not be surprised when you are met by Imperial steel. You will be asked but once to cease your aggression in the likely event you did not or could not read this posting.

Those that leave the waters of Riparium after combat commences shall not be chased. If you abuse this small measure of chivalry, you shall instead find my heel pressed to your throat while the Imperial Army feeds your foul blood to the sea.
