I am an Archai of Mhaldor, the city of Evil, where we seek advancement through discipline and pain, thus, I can only imagine that you would assume that I would congratulate this peasant for his murder spree. However, you could not be more incorrect.

You offer clemency to someone who has only bestowed wasted potential upon your city. Mhaldor has a parable that is similar to this very situation in which the wailing and flailing of distraught mothers and fathers is nothing but music to His ears, but there is something you are missing in the meaning of this parable. This wailing and flailing is music as it is a call to action. We would not stoop so low as to block the advancement of any who wished to hunt down such killers and take their vengeance.
