Eoka e'Jahlorien,
In 968AF, shortly after I started disseminating copies of my book, "Defence of the Aalen Forest, 913AF," you made a public post and labelled this compilation a "work of fiction." Seeking to not deal with such trivialities publicly, I broached the subject with you through letters and recieved this as your response:
----
To Laorir,
I intended to speak to you about this in person, but it seems our waking hours do not intersect much as of late.
My comments on the accuracy of your accounts are specifically towards the multiple implications, both direct and otherwise, that Ashtan was working with the Undead during the events of the Aalen ritual and subsequent liberation. Or, at the very least, were actively trying to hinder the Living.
This is not true.
Three of our best fighters held off a hoard of Undead almost entirely on their own over the span of multiple days. I spoke to every person who was there that month, including those not of the Cult in case you do not trust their recollection of events, and they provided corroborating records of memory wherein not a single Eleusian nor Targossian fell to an Ashtani in any of the fights that took place within the Aalen. Only the Undead were the unlucky targets of our ruin.
If this twisting of fact in your narrative was purposeful, I applaud you for your effort but will continue to flaunt the truth quite loudly. If it was on accident, I question your rigour as a scholar but will not raise my voice again as long as the errors are corrected.
I eagerly await your response.
In service to ruin,
Eoka Nithilar-Tarxun

Let's note you referred to the "Aalen ritual and subsequent liberation."
My proof to you that my account is correct can be found in Public News #22676 written by Imyrr Invictus in which he states:
"As for other battles, appeals to hypocrisy are simple fallacies, and do not change what occurred in the Aalen when La'ramhis was resurrected. Perhaps you are conflating the battle to stop the Demise's beacon with the liberation tank we graciously permitted you to detonate in the Aalen some months later, after you formed your cowards' coalition. Ashtani did fell Cyreneans that day, but you've only your lies to blame for that."
I hope the words of your citymate are more than good enough to satisify your desire for proof. If you do need a listing of deaths that occurred that day, then ask him, for I tire of your constant demands for attention with your feigned desire for truth.
