Greetings, Riahn. you probably do not know me. Because I am new to Cyrene. But I can tell you this, that did not seem like an apology. You see, it seems you forgot the posts within Cyrene itself. I am not here to tell you I am any better than you, far from me saying that. But if your asking what, paraphrased, 'you did wrong', which in all your eloquent words you may have forgotten:

You wanted Cyrene to have a direct out from the God Emperor's empire. You wanted Cyrene to 'negotiate' within a certain time a full out of the God Emperor's Empire. You also seem to forgot you did in fact posted your... was they demands? To which most where answered in the negative.

And I say this as impartial as an Imperial can be, you are acting like your blameless after 'insulting' Cyrene's God Emperor. I am not saying I agree with everything of the Empire, but I am pretty sure He, Himself, stated those things. Where you not there? I wasn't but I read the transcripts and memories. You wanted the power back to the people. Honorable and commendable. But you did so, at the expense of insulting our Patron.

If I, a total new Adventurer of Cyrene and recent Citizen, not being 200+, heck I don't even hit 30, years at all, can see that, in Cyrene, what do you expect from those who ARE way older than me, including the God Emperor himself?

So if that was an apology, then you failed to see what was wrong from the start. Good luck though!
