Effective immediately, all Mhaldorians and Hashani found within the city limits of Ashtan will be declared enemies of the Seat and summarily dispatched.

The Archonate takes this measure in response to Mhaldorian incursion and theft of our citizens' blood. We are aware that citizens of other nations have been targeted in a similar manner and recommend that you consider countermeasures of your own. Be advised that the manner of attack is very rapid and your blood can be taken before you have time to react.

We believe that Mhaldor is using the blood they steal to blight the orange tree. Given Hashan's military support for their endeavour to destroy it, we are extending the temporary ban to Hashani out of an abundance of caution. Permission to enter, for those who have not proved themselves unworthy, will be restored when we are confident that the threat has passed.
