Greetings all!
This mysterious illness affecting many of our people has shown both encouraging and alarming developments. My findings are again based on numbers from data gathered in Eleusis. While two cases have made full recoveries, several others have progressed to life threatening stages including tissue necrosis and internal bleeding.
--------------------------------
Current Status:
--------------------------------
15 Cases Total
Symptom Progression by Case:
Case 1: Tingling in skin - RECOVERED
Case 2: Sore throat - Itching - Red blotches
Case 3: Tingling in skin - Itching - Sudden coughing - Coughing blood - Itching until bleeding - Chills - Heavy limbs - Chills (repeated)
Case 4: Tingling in skin - Sudden coughing - Burning pain in skin - Heavy limbs - Coughing blood - Black, putrid gums and lips
Case 5: Tingling in skin - Muscle ache - Burning skin pain
Case 6: Itching - Sore throat
Case 7: Tingling in skin - Sore throat
Case 8: Tingling in skin - Sore throat - Itching
Case 9: Tingling in skin
Case 10: Tingling in skin
Case 11: Itching - Sore throat
Case 12: Tingling in skin - RECOVERED
Case 13: Itching - Sore throat - Burning skin pain - Red blotches - Chills
Case 14: Red blotches - Coughing blood
Case 15: Itching
--------------------------------
Comparison to Previous Report
--------------------------------
Positive Developments:
Two Full Recoveries: Cases 1 and 12 have completely recovered, proving the illness is not universally fatal
No New Cases: Case count remains stable at 15 individuals
Alarming Progressions:
Case 4 Critical: Now showing severe tissue necrosis (black, putrid gums and lips) - most advanced stage yet observed
Case 3 Deteriorating: Experiencing repeated chills and extreme fatigue (heavy limbs)
Case 5 Worsening: Progressed from tingling to muscle aches and burning skin pain
Case 13 Advanced: Now showing full symptom complex including systemic effects
New Symptoms Identified:
Muscle aches (Case 5)
Heavy limbs/extreme fatigue (Cases 3, 4)
Tissue necrosis/putrefaction (Case 4)
--------------------------------
Critical Analysis
--------------------------------
Mixed Prognosis:
The illness shows a bipolar pattern - some individuals recover completely while others progress to life threatening complications including tissue death.
Severe Cases Identified:
Cases 3 and 4 are in critical condition with systemic involvement and tissue necrosis. Case 4 shows signs of advanced necrotic infection.
Recovery Pattern:
Two cases recovered after experiencing only initial tingling symptoms, suggesting early intervention or natural resistance may be possible.
Containment Status:
No new cases indicates either successful containment measures or that the exposure source has been eliminated.
Immediate Concerns:
Case 4 requires emergency intervention to prevent death from systemic necrosis. Cases 3 and 13 need intensive monitoring.
A note from me:
My contributions to the ongoing investigation are facts based on numbers and research into the progression of this illness. I hope it will contribute to solving this malady and restore good health to all. It is a lot of work, but is shared freely with all in hopes that others will also share with Eleusis. Let's fight this together.
