A diverse offering

Jems,

I am not sure we could do anything less than thank you; for a Mhaldorian to admit that they are more powerful with limited connection to Nature than they are with the full breadth of their Master's allowance for His mortal servants is, in our eyes, quite indicative of our general position; for all the claims of strength and independence, strength must apparently be sourced from afar.

Mhaldor of the present seems to be a land of plagiarism, whether sourcing the strength of their magicks from foreign gods or sourcing the strength of their military from foreign militaries. For all the attempts to make your efforts seem like meaningful rebellion, in the end they are simply an admission of that which we have long professed; you are weak, and will remain weak, no matter how much or how little of our ways you try and fail to understand.

Laiq tsuura,

Sir Aodfionn Wintermourne

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Phaestian, in the year 942 AF.
