and Jems

Your whipped cream won't whip?

You might want to chill your bowl more, or your cream.

You are both old enough to know that one could always lose a number of powers if certain life situations changed. This was the same 500 years ago, 600 years ago. Speaking of which, I just turned 600, and no single happy birthday message. Such is life. So, dear Grandue, dear Jems, take it in your stride. Strike, revolt, but: Your dragged outrage will not change certain recipes. Recipies. Time flies.

Of course, you could try using another bowl, or another whipping utensil. But careful about not whipping too much. Just like cooking pasta or boiling an egg, there is a tipping point when it comes to whipping cream. If you do end up overwhipping, your cream will begin to deflate and take on a grainy texture.

Could this have happened here?

Laras, MD

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Mayan, in the year 939 AF.
