Last month you sank Kieva's flagged ship, to my knowledge, without provocation. At least that is what she reported when she charged you and enemied you to the city you once called home, Cyrene.

Since then you offered no explanation. If there were extenuating circumstances, you should have immediately sent a message to the Senate, or maybe even made a news post advising of your reasoning. Instead you didn't, you sank her without explanation. You know our laws, you know our policies, you knew the consequences of what would happened if you sank a flagged Cyrenian ship. Contrary to what your wife believes, it is not my job to ask you why you did something, especially since you are no longer a citizen of Cyrene and am an enemy at this time.

I am sorry it had to come to this but you made your choice. However, I am willing to listen to your side and if it was fair to do so, then I will happily allow you to sink me and I will remain on the ship and we can move on I will reimburse you for salvaging and tokens. Regardless, you have been sank in retaliation and I will not attack you further.

Truly, I hated to do it and I do regret it. I always liked you and Layta and, as I stated previously, if this is indeed because of some personal issue between you and Kieva then I wish to make it right.
