My dearest friends and lifelong companions of the Village,

My kindness and love toward you has been displayed for all the earth to see. After several of you reached out to me I have come to a decision. It is out of my benevolent compassion and mercy that I have chosen to grant your request and assist you in these troubling times. So that it will not be out of place among the horde of lesser villagers, I have fashioned my application as is tradition.

[Poorly written, pages upon pages of unnecessarily wordy script have been scrawled in a tiny hand, nearly unreadable to the naked eye. Thousands of words depict in great detail all of the many virtues of Grandue and the vices of the other candidates before the document returns to a normal hand...]
...AND SO, I promise to cast out the seed beetles and crush them beneath the heels of our warriors. I pledge myself to ignoring all opinions from those ignorant fools among us and casting out any of them who contest me or mine. Together, we will place the mad tyrant back in Her tree and seal Her there until such a time as Her sanity returns and we can once again flourish within our forests without Twilight's Puppet decaying the roots beneath our great village. Yes, together we will cut the Dark Lord's strings and free our Queen!
