Salutations,

The day that I made my escape from slavehood to earn the rank of troni during my time in Mhaldor was one of the proudest moments I can recall. I have no doubt whomever proves themselves worthy to win this Crucible will feel the same. I don't know who this person will be, but I already know I share something in common with them. At the time of our asscention we were both brainwashed into beliving one particular divine had the correct vision for how things ought to be.

Leaving Mhaldor for Targossas is simply trading one pair of shackles for another. Although perhaps not as literal as the shackles of Mhaldor I am quite positive that the brainwashing is the same.

You don't need to mince words here. Every city, save Ashtan, fights for Creation. Even those most wicked and villinous Tsol'Teth fight for Creation! What you mean to say is come to Targossas and fight for the way my divine believe Creation ought to be. Come! Put aside your own desires and die for a being that cares nothing for your happiness, wellfare, or fate!

All Targossas, Eleusis, and Mhaldor have to offer is subjucation. The prayers may be different, but the meaning is the same. Grovel for the right divine, and you too can be worthy.

I say it's time mortalkind does away with shackles.

Yours,
Augtavian "I can't believe you read this to the end" Lockwood.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Sarapin, in the year 872 AF.
