Laedha,

I won't mince words as clearly you are as dull as your lies.

Targossas under leadership of the then-Dawnlord, took instruction from Lord Deucalion HIMSELF on what action we were to take against the Tsol'teth invasion. Should you want to question Him, I suggest you do that yourself and find out how hot His flames burn.

Let me be clear. We offer no apology. We are unrepentant in our clear and decisive action taken. We did not invade your city. You, however, have declared us your enemy and yet we have still shown good will in presenting you with the offer that we have. Why would you simply expect we pander to you when we could have just seized the shops and be done with it.

As for the facts, well. You are simply wrong and or lying some more. One shopkeeper approached the Chancellory to sell her shop, one shopkeeper did not. I fully intended...and still intend, to market the shop on her behalf should that be the way this goes.

We will not bend to some puffed-up Senator. You have our offer.

Time is ticking.
