From the previous post (Public news 20680), the Carmine Circle was mentioned simply as a resource for those interested in learning or participating in ritual duels. It remains a neutral organisation and is not affiliated with the Daedalan Duels or His Legion.
If interest is high for combat duels as well, alternate years may feature standard knockout duels at north of New Thera, also with a tithe of gold for the victor.
