A Little Question

Acadeician Lenn Le'Yuet,

Per your post, "There is a lot of strong denial that Aegeans support chaos.

If not to protect Lord Babel's temple and implement Glaaki's will, then for what reason did they begin to attack darkness?".

Let me explain this in terms so simple even a novice can comprehend.

Within the lands there are TWO (2) Theocracies (city-states ruled by a Divine whose citizens worship that Divine and Them only). These are: Mhaldor, ruled by Lord Sartan. Targossas, ruled by the Bloodsworn, Lady Aurora and Lord Deucalion.

Other city-states allow their citizens to worship multiple Divine. Hashan itself has Aegeans, Darkwalkers, followers of Lady Pandora, followers of Lord Phaestus, even one who still worships Lord Khalas, the Wanderer. Ashtan, Cyrene, and Eleusis also allow their citizens to worship multiple Divines.

Within each city-state (not a theocracy), their citizens are free to defend any shrine (unless stated by law) they see fit. While some city-states may be torn asunder by internal bickering and other such nonsense, Ashtan, the Seat of Chaos, stands together. When the Darkwalkers chose to attack Lord Babel's temple, Ashtani from all walks of life and various Orderes defended it.

Why?

We are Ashtani. We stand together.

Those seek to ensure the reign of chaos upon the world are not all Nihilists. For those who are young, daft, or otherwise unlearned, Nihilists are worshippers of Lord Babel who is not Glaaki.

Why do Aegeans attack Darkness? Perhaps the War part of Aegean beliefs was missed upon you in your army style pacifism, Lenn. Beyond that, look at what actually happens. No, I don't mean look and pretend to watch but otherwise think about whatever kittens and other such things you do. I mean actually look at the various hostilities from an objective angle. IF you can do that.
