Greetings.

I'm not a scholar. I'm far from being one of the best theological minds Sapience has ever had to offer. However, I do know enough to have been both Herald and Caefir within Targossas. I do know enough to point out the basic fact that you, Targossas, have completely gone astray.

Let me go over the teachings in the form a child could understand. After all, you have constantly taught your children that Chaos, Darkness, and Evil are enemies of Good. You have constantly proclaimed that you seek to advance Good's cause.

What is Good?

Your teachings state Good is, as found in the Adherent's Handbook on page 3 which every novice in Targossas is tested upon, "Good is an absolute and unchanging force spawned by Creation for the purpose of ensuring the continued prosperity and advancement of Creation."

...Ensuring the continued prosperity and advancement of Creation. How is it that standing silently by while a neutral city is attacked, their children slain amongst men and women is ensuring Creation prospers? How is attacking people who have never picked up blade for simply trying to exist who aren't enemies of Good per the definitions as found in the scroll , "A Definition of Innocence and Guidelines for the Servants of Good" on the Champions Bridge, advancing Creation? Furthermore, how can you honestly say that you advance Good's cause when you side with the Tsol'teth, the very beings who, centuries ago, turned the goblinoids and other creatures like them into what they are today?

This is just the first part of the faith, the fount from which the rest relate to. Even without going into further theological depth, it is sufficient to say that you have gone against the basic foundation of your faith. A quote from the same scroll previously mentioned:

"In determining enemies of Creation, acts against Creation are defined as any act that infringes upon the natural freedom and rights of another to grow to their full potential and flourish freely. These acts include but are not limited to: murder, theft, torture, slavery, possession of karma, practice of Occultism, and practice of Necromancy.

Condonement of these acts is defined as staying in a settlement that chooses to ally with a committed enemy of Creation, one that adopts the Patronage of a Divine opposed to Good, or one that itself sets itself against the natural order of Creation. Ignorance shall also be no excuse. Refusal to accept the teachings of Good, Light, and Righteousness shall be seen as deliberate ignorance."

The Tsol'teth. Enslaved, infrienged upon the natural freedom and rights of another to grow to their full potential andflourish freely. They slaughtered countless neutral beings. The tide they've produced kills servants of Good. They have tortured others. These are enemies of Good.

You allied with them. You condoned their acts by remaining in a city allied to them. However, perhaps the reality of Targossian beliefs is best summarised by a statement directed at me by a Targossian.

"You already know that we are never concerned with helping the world."
