It is the understanding of the Seat of Chaos that Amrak is no longer a member of the Seryfic Mariners Guild. Because of this, Ashtan formally rescinds all threats of foreclosure or any other sanctions against the guild on the sole basis of membership of the Guild.

Any sailors who have been enemied to Ashtan due to this situation will be unenemied with no charge, except those who actively engage Ashtani ships not belonging to pirates.

Representing the Pirate of Meropis, Hirst has made the following concessions:

Membership of the Pirates of Meropis automatically comes with willful forfeiture of any city protections, so long as they are a member of that organisation.

To prevent any future conflicts of interest, no member of the Pirates of Meropis will be allowed to sail on Pirates' business should they hold a position on the city's ruling council, or the current Minister of Maritime Affairs.
