Grumpy grumpy grumpy!

When was the last time you people had fun, when was the last time you made someone smile?
Now that the big meanies are gone, I've decided to help everyone laugh again!
Gather snow from me, and pelt the ugly frowning faces so much they can't help but beam with joy!
If you can do this to eighteen people, a different person each month, I'll make you a little reward that'll make you smile, promise!

I'll be next to one of the piles of snow at the town centre of New Thera, but my friends have gathered more snow in other places too!
