Access to the Wheel of Chaos and the boons we offer is a privilege that comes with obligation; to turn our arts against the favoured nation-state of Ashtan is to impede the aims of Imperator Glaaki and his Chaos Court.

It is hereby decreed upon the 15th of Ero, 723 AF that the Court will no longer tolerate the usage of its gracious boon against Ashtan, Seat of Chaos.

Paired in mutual alliance to ensure the dominion of Chaos, all individuals who wilfully choose to turn the fruits of Domination against Ashtan will receive no second warning.
