A Retirement

It is with both a heavy and happy heart that I scribe this missive to you all.
Most of you have visited my showroom over the years: I've helped couples counting coins as they work out what they can afford for their first home, I've advised and calmed the harried representatives of Gods and Royalty as they attempt to fulfil furnishing orders, and I've assisted widows as they restyle a mansion in the best linens and silks that I could offer.
I have spent centuries travelling the land sourcing the very best materials, bartering for the best supply prices, and crafting furniture to specification. I am feeling each and every year, so I write today to announce the closure of my furniture showroom in Delos.
But fear not, ladies and gentlemen of Achaea, for Fronck's is not going out of business. Instead I offer all who wish to undertake it an apprenticeship.
I shall be in my parlour in the coming days (after a little tidying up) sharing my knowledge of the particulars of upholstery and carpentry, and I shall open my workshop to those who wish to undertake the craft.
So, here's to a long and comfortable retirement in my parlour.
- Fronck, of Delos.
