neither myself, nor Ashtan could care less what we do and do not have
your permission to do.

Territory by its very nature is claimed, conceded, invaded and lost.
Borders move, wars are fought on their fronts. The city of Ashtan have
claimed this 'neutral' territory as you put it and we shall treat it as
our territory as far as shrines are concerned (our usual laws still
only apply within our city walls).

Since, judging by your aggressive and insulting manner, you have no
desire to enter a constructive diplomatic process, I suggest if you
wish to register an objection to our claim you do so with an armed
force.

Meanwhile we have far more important issues to deal with, such as the
continuing oppression of the church and their foul shrines from which,
and take SPECIAL note of this citizens of Ashtan, anyone of any alignment
can be summoned without defence or warning.
