Hail the Dawn, Bloodthroat.
I am not sure if I can entirely believe that your goals were to get Austere, Morthif, and Jadys to apply to Eleusis. My understanding of Chaos and of war must be waning in my old age, as my novitiate eyes see only a terrible city leader desperately trying to get believe to believe he has won something. But this is no matter; I trust that those who departed from Targossas will likely do a fine job of remembering how you and your council speak of those you so desperately need.
Your people have seen what you think of them. The whole world has had the chance to see how you do business - and whether Western or Eastern, Ithmian or Cyrenian, it seems rather plain that you are dishonest. That you are manipulative. And perhaps more distressingly for those who serve under you, you're not particularly good at either.
This is fine. Lesser men will always need to distort truth in order to make themselves appear larger. I look forward to seeing whether your surely-looming replacement will be more up to the task.
In service to Them,
