[HIRING PROCESS]
1. You can contact a Shadow Agent with your job criteria, task, and bid price (per mercenary)
2. The Agent will ask all Shadow Mercenaries to see who is willing to take your job at your price
3. The Agent will send a capable mercenary that matches your criteria
4. Agent will ensure the job is finished and receive your feedback on the mercenary
5. You pay up front to the Agent, who will act as an escrow, until the job is complete
*Unless it is a spur of the moment type job, it is best to inform an Agent as soon as possible

[HIRING RULES]
-Payment must be in gold sovereigns
-You will pay agents only, do not pay mercenaries directly
-You cannot solicit our mercenaries directly, you must contact an Agent
-We ask that you do not expose the names of mercenaries to others
-Payment must be calculated in terms of time, for example 30,000 gold per Achaean day
-You cannot hire to kill a specific person, look to Marks for that
-The mercenary will leave once his time has expired
-If you wish to hire again contact an Agent, who may not send the same mercenary
-You can hire as many mercenaries as you can afford
-Attempt to break any rules will result in warning followed by a ban from the Agency

-Any combat practice must take place inside an arena
-Client must pay for all arena entree fees (advise using free arenas)
-Will send a mercenary of your class to offer training you in your combat skills

-[COMBAT PRACTICE]-
-Any combat practice must take place inside an arena

-Will send a mercenary of the class you request to spar with

-[RAID OFFENSE]-
-Hiring for a raid party leader/member must be a sanctioned raid
-You cannot use the mercenary as a meatshield or sacrifice
-Mercenary will follow the client's instructions and follow the client into battle
-They are not obligated to follow anyone other than the client
-Mercenary will retrieve your corpse and revive if you happen to die
-If mercenary falls in combat, he will regroup with the client immediately

-[RAID DEFENSE]-
-You cannot use the mercenary as a meatshield or sacrifice
-Mercenary will follow the client's instructions in defending the city only
-They are not obligated to follow instructions other than those given by the client
