What We Offer: Paid Mercenary Services

Examples of Mercenary Jobs:

-Hunting party leader
-Raid party leader
-Raid party member
-Steal/Retrieve a specific item

Hiring Process:
1. You can contact a Shadow Blood Agent with your job criteria, task, and bid price (per mercenary)
2. The Agent will in turn ask all mercenaries to see who is willing to take your job at your price
3. The Agent will then inform you of who is willing to take your job
4. You choose who you feel is suitable for the job and we send him/her/them your way
5. You pay up front to the Agent, who will act as an escrow, until the job is complete
*Unless it is a spur of the moment type job, it is best to inform an Agent as soon as possible and have your job posted to the clan

Hiring Rules:
-You can hire as many mercenaries as you can afford
-You cannot hire to kill a specific person, look to marks for that
-Hiring for a raid party leader/member must be a sanctioned raid
-Payment must be calculated in terms of Time, for example 35K gold per Achaean day
-The mercenary will leave once his time has expired, and you must notify leadership if you wish to extend time
-If you hire to steal an item, this will not require upfront payment, you will only need to pay once the item is obtained
-The mercenary who successfully steals the item will give that to leadership who will then trade with you for the gold

Agent Position: 2 POSITIONS OPEN
-Administrative type leadership position
-Paid through job commission (Percentage of each job)
-Deal with clients, client relationship
-Post jobs on the clan board, post when jobs are complete and by who
-Collect payment, pay mercenaries
-Can also act as a mercenary

Mercenary Position: OPEN RECRUITING
-Open to all, however most suitable for rogues that have no house/city
-You do not need to take jobs that go against your house/city
-Must be willing to take jobs that involve either hunting, raiding, or stealing
-You must complete your job for the allotted time and cannot SWITCH SIDES if enemy offers you a higher price
-You can only take jobs given to you through an Agent, NO FREELANCING
