If you are seeking to extol the virtues of a freely-led life under the banners of Ashtan, your post would be better served without your paragraphs of self-vilification.

You carry around the weight of your former titles, as though they should lend your words the credibility you desire when they are worth nothing... except to an inflated ego, of course. The true power one wields as a leader of any right comes from within; the titles you use are mere names unless given purpose, shape and authority by the individual it is filled by.

For one such as you who craved but attained none of your former glory and the attention of your once-comrades as a leader gone dormant, it is easy to see through to the foundations of your skewed perceptions. Do not mistake your personal failure and utter lack of motivation to accomplish anything as Mhaldor's stagnation; internalized or publicized, the City of Evil is clearly anything but.

Those who have traveled west to take on the chains of slavery do so willingly. These are the individuals that have joined our collective not to idle and spend our time in useless indulgence, waiting for the end of Creation as we know it. So long as we are given life, our purpose to transcend our fleeting, mortal lives and achieve perfection through our service under the God of Evil is a goal worth being perceived as 'pawns' for.

Unfortunately, this aspect of our ideology is something that you never actually served and as you have demonstrated, will never fully learn to understand.
