To insinuate that Cyrene and her decisions could be ever more significant in the world of today is farcical at best, Scarlattan, and to believe that strength in unity or that culture - a varying concept that distinguishes a functional organization from an anarchic mobocracy - is reserved only to your mountain-flanked city speaks of misplaced arrogance that must be scourged from your mind.

Speak not what ignorance leads you to presume nor of words that fall short of its true brevity. It does appear, however, that the founding Outriders of Cyrene have their work cut out for them; the world view of their fellow citizens is absolutely dismal.
