I know that I am not especially involved in this 'war', as you put it. But once again I must write my opinion, for I am tired of all the bickering and I hope that it will help a little. There are a few issues here that are being missed.
1) The Asthanians say that they are pagans, heretics, and most of all free thinkers. Yet isn't it the job of free thinkers to understand and accept that others have their own beliefs and traditions? Not that this point makes up for the fact that the church violated the law.
2) I am not sure, but I am thinking that this law was not voted on or agreed to by anyone. It was just imposed onto the church to keep them out of Ashtan. Once again this does not excuse the violation, it is just a point I am making.
3) I understand that this war has been going on for quite some time, for I used to take part in it during the days of the Kharon Empire, although I am not part of any groups at the moment. Yet isn't it finally time to stop this stupid fighting and make some ground rules that are fair to both sides and will keep both sides out of each other's way?
I have many ideas of some solutions that may help to rectify this ugly situation. If any of the leaders of these various groups would like to discuss them, MSG me.
Oh and one more thing, I am not saying that I am wise or even a good advisor, I am just presenting my ideas and calling things how I see them.
