After days of battle, months of prepation and training the tournament
between the Templars and Maldaathi houses begun. All duels were fought
in the famed Matsuhama Arena with great attention on the results. When
it was all over 8 warriors moved to the next round.

As a reminder, the details of the contests were as follows:
* 8 v 8 draw.
* Best 2 out of 3 arena matches.
* Contestants must battle in lesser form.
* Matches will continue until a clear winner is known. Drawn fights will
not count towards the total.
* Coordination of the duels were decided by the two house leaders, Lord
Achilles of the Templars and High Lord Xenomorph of the Maldaathi.
* Matches were to be completed within 6 Achaean months.
* The final battle will be best of 3 duel at North of Thera
