Sapience,
For centuries, necromancers residing outside of Mhaldor have found
themselves utilizing the gift that Lord Sartan bestowed upon His
Infernals. Time and time again, each of you have been warned about the
consequences of not returning to service of Lord Shaitan and Lord
Apollyon, yet very few have heeded such warnings.
The decades of warnings are now at an end. Every necromancer that feels
they deserve to retain access to their death magic will henceforth
return to Mhaldor in service to Evil. You have one year to clear your
enemy status, if any, and apply for citizenship.
Those necromancers who want nothing to do with Mhaldor, or the Lords and
Ladies of Evil, will find they will also have nothing to do with
necromancy. In addition, those refusing to return will be enemied to
Mhaldor with a higher charge and fine. Any necromancers fighting
alongside enemies of Evil will also find themselves in the position of
those refusing to return.
