A Path to Freedom

I wish to clear up some misconceptions regarding Chaos, Lord Babel, and
the inevitable Void that will consume all and leave nothing in its path.
Many ignorantly believe that the Priests and Priestesses of Lord Babel
seek to bring ruin and destruction upon the world and brand them as
heretics, malcontents, and mongers. Let us not be blinded by the dogmas
of the Creationists and practitioners of simony cowering in the Citadel
of Light. The Priesthood of Babel seeks to elevate the ignorant above
the mire and provide a clear path to Freedom.
The creation of Nurazar was indeed a mighty work, capable only by the
Divine Themselves. But how is one to appreciate perfection without
imperfection? How can one appreciate good health when he has never
experienced sickness or plague? Without the central power of Chaos,
Creation would have remained in a constant state - stagnant, unchanging,
and without growth. The world as we know it would not exist. It is only
through Chaos that Creation was given and continues to possess meaning.
The destruction of Nurazar was the perfect example of the potent power
that Chaos exerts on all, whether intended or unintended. Even the
creations of the Gods are subject to its all-reaching faculties.
Lord Ayar, in His infinite wisdom and omniscience, knew that the work of
Chaos was impossible to stop. He thus appointed Lord Babel, God of
Oblivion, to his charge of regulating Chaos and slowing its eventual
triumph. It is not a matter of if the Void will consume all but when.
With the sure knowledge that all will eventually become Chaos in its
most perfect and ever-changing form, we are now presented with a
glorious opportunity.
Knowing the Oblivion will consume all and that the Void will replace
existence, one understands that there is Freedom to behold. The world
will inevitably end. One then realizes that all is meaningless and
inconsequential. Consequences, whether "right" or "wrong", whether
"good" or "bad", are meaningless and inconsequential. Behold the
Freedom! Dogmas and systems that dictate moral choices are thus useless
and foolish. Choose now to live as you will without fear of the
consequences.
The Priesthood of Babel invites all, even the zealots and close-minded
preachers of the East, to cast off their tiring burdens of right and
wrong and realize that our existence is ultimately meaningless. Live as
you will and choose the Path of Freedom! Live for the now and search for
the threads of Chaos that are woven throughout the fabric of reality.
When the Void consumes all (and it will), your troubles and worries will
be no more. Enjoy Freedom while it lasts and behold the power of Chaos.
