lottery, with prizes that include anything from a crated pet to a
drinking horn. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about
the lottery:

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET?
- The lottery box is IN from the Statue of Scarlatti in the Garden of
the Arts, in Cyrene.

WHO CAN PURCHASE TICKETS?
- No enemies of Cyrene or Ty Beirdd, please. Anyone found to be
willingly purchasing tickets for these people will be reported to the
proper officials for those organisations.

AND YOU'RE REALLY GIVING AWAY ARTEFACTS?
We sure are! It only takes one ticket to have a chance at winning. Just
like with the Bardic and Artisanal contests -- if you don't enter then
you're guaranteed to lose!
