At the will of Lord Shaitan, God of Oppression I have been appointed as
Dread Ecclesiarch of Transvital Corruption. I thank the Master for
choosing me to serve as His hand in bringing those who use the Twin
Lord's gift of necromancy back to the service of Evil and continue the
relentless work of my predecessor, Infernal Lord Xenomorph.

To all users of necromancy, allow me to make this very clear. Your gifts
are not your own. Return with your gifts to the service of Evil and
Mhaldor and your punishment shall be less painful. Return to your
brothers and sisters in the dark arts where you belong and reap the
rewards that only Evil gives, a sentient life.

To those of you who practice the Twin Lords gifts refusing to return,
know this: You will remain an enemy of the Lords and of Mhaldor for as
long as your fragile vessel holds breath. The moment that you take
adverse action against the city of Mhaldor, any Mhaldorian citizen or
the Twin Lords and Their Allies while bearing Their gifts, your very
necromantic essence will be removed from you leaving you a hollow husk
of a being. Choose your path.
