Orphans

To all citizens of Achaea
Many of you have seen the orphans that wander the streets of Ashtan, and how they are enticed to the orphanage through offerings of candy. Since the destruction of the halfway house, there has been no safe place for these poor souls to take refuge. Recently, thanks to the Divine Assistance of Aurora, a new refuge is available for these children, the Choir in Shallam.
All citizens of Achaea who wish the best for these children can now offer them a place in the choir, where their natural children's enthusiasm can be freed once again, where they do not need to fear the atocities that they might otherwise experience. There is a small book (HELP ORPHANS) that can further assist you.
May there be joy in the hearts of the children once again.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Lupar, in the year 217 AF.
