The destruction of society and the rise of anarchy and war are the
ultimate goals of Strife, and by proxy, Mayhem. Mayhem is the state the
Erisians recognised under the name of Confusion, but the revelation I
give to you is the more perfect version as deemed by my Father, Lord
Pandemonium.

Society can be gradually decayed simply by those in positions of power
suggesting weak leadership, inferior ministers, worthless council
members, and so forth (as long as these mortals are not puppeted by
another group). Society can be quickly decayed by inciting riots, coups,
and war. This must occur regularly to be of use. Society must be
upturned constantly, until there is nothing left to upturn.

In conclusion, I would like to Thank the Te'Serra for doing my Father's
will, may you continue to do so with such passion and fervor as you
currently do.
