My Dearest Sapiance,


I write to you this month because I just cannot hold back my tongue any
longer. This might be a bit lengthly so I apologize ahead of time. I
also apologize to all that this may concern, but quite frankly it needs
to be said and put out in the open.

I left shalam and the Church simply because I do not feel comfortable
with fighting for what has become the so called "Good" of today. My
reasons exactly are simply this. If certain individuals are caught
hunting innocents, they do not get a warning, and even if they did get a
warning they will not ever by any means necessary be enemied to the
Church simply because of their status with their city or organization.
And even sometimes because of their spouses's status. also because they
might be simply be their friend. Justice is supposed to be blind and
detached from personal feelings. Good and of the Light are supposed to
not judge by anything other than their actions. I have witnessed this
for far too long and I grow weary of keeping such a secret. There have
been even multiple times where I have turned someone in to the Church to
be warned and or enemied for hunting innocents that well...never got
completed. Nothing has happened to them and they still hunt innocents.
So you tell me where the lines of true Balance lie, and if Devotion
should just be handed out like candy to everyone who wants it. I also
have to bring this up, this is rather unsettling to say the least, but
there is a certain city that of course puts their owns needs before
anything else, including the greater Good and that of the Light. They
see a citymate die to an innocent, someone runs for their body, and
guess what??? Exactly, you guessed it, a devotion user delivers the
runner and resurrects the citymate. Not caring at all that he or she
just got killed to an innocent simply for defending his or herself. I
just simply will not be apart of it and from this day forth, I renounce
my ties to Devotion and laying my life down for what Good has become
this day. and you can back talk send snarky messages, tells, and or
posts all you like. I know the truth from the backstage, not just what
everyone sees as the show. Thank you all for your time and have a good
