Captains of Sapience. People of the World. This third and final missive
on this matter is to all.

After my second post, I was informed that that the Official Herald
Master who had told me there was no charge of a ship was gravely
mistaken. There are, in fact, several forms of the charge "lymphad",
which is a sort of ship closely resembling a Windcutter.

However, I had already collected well over 400,000 gold from various
sources at this point, with more pouring monthly. I could attempt to
return it all, but for varying reasons that would have proven
problematic. Instead, I went ahead with the original plan, and
commissioned a new charge, "shambrough". If you get the new charge in
its current form on your Arms, it will be a "shambrough oars in action".
The charge is of a large ship facing to the left, oars rowing. If you
feel that I have misled you in such a way that you would like a return
of your gold, feel free to contact me, and I will work out the logistics
of that with you.

That said, I would like to thank all who DID donate to the cause, and a
few notable mentions. Without any of you, the new arms would be
impossible. A special thanks to Enyd and Caiharn, the two largest
donators. Also, a special thanks to Jonners. Without an herald as
wonderful and genious as you, this would never have happened.

To those I sent non-decay fishing poles to: My apologies, after the
poles got sent out, the fabric of their makeup was re-weaved, causing
them to start decaying!! Shame on Yaima of Orilla, for selling things
that should never have been sold! I will make compensations to those
with those poles if they wish it. Get in touch.
