We, the city of Hashan, do not bow to the demands of those who cannot
follow them. We do not give special treatment nor do our laws extend to
protect the rights of city enemies who are unable to discipline
themselves within our city boundaries.

You do not get to determine how the Crown and her citizens should act
with regards to you, nor do you get the privilege to believe that the
city will be thankful for your cease in hostilities. Many more men have
had more self-restraint than you, when faced with the same circumstances
in which you committed a clear offence and earned your enemy status.

You simply took your actions a step further, and so what retaliation you
have wrought has mostly been of your own doing.
