Your Accusations

Rakon,

Make no mistakes; my husband can take care of himself. But when you
insult my name - a name which I am proud to see him wear - and you
insult my husband's ability to be loyal, I hope you don't expect me to
take it lightly.

Fyr might be of your blood, but don't you pretend for a second that you
understand him or his motives. Despite growing up with all of your
conditioning, your brainwashing, your abuse, he has managed to find his
way out of the clutches of Mhaldor after a respectable term of over
forty years. He now serves both Nature and the Light, as a Sylvan and a
member of the Church in well-standing. Last I checked the two causes
were consistent, and so you leave me wondering when he has ever "often"
cast aside his ideals.

Just because he was never loyal to YOU does not mean that he is
incapable of it. I find him to be more than loyal enough when treated
with the decency, humanity and kindness that Mhaldor seems so inept
with.

You're his father, Rakon. Instead of demanding on the public boards that
he grow up, you might consider actually setting an example for him. In
the meantime, I will continue to stand by my husband's side and marvel
at how he has managed to do it all on his own without you.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Ero, in the year 552 AF.
