Pirates of Meropis, your flagship, captained by Darknight, was just
scared off. By what? A galley? That might be understandable. No, by
another Strider. One that was not firing back... was it even fully
crewed? No! It was not. Partial crew... and in the middle of a
salvalgeops, so unable to move!

What happened to scare them off? Did they event engage, or were they
just sailing past? What happened is that they saw the ship was that
which is undefeated in the ship arena. Did they engage? Aye. They shot
two darts, before turning tail and running to Shastaan.

And what of after? Does the head of your "Pirate" clan get together a
better crew, one he is more confident in? No... He realizes there is no
crew that can sink even a partially crewed Dark Illusion.

So... to sum it up. Your admiral Darknight has attacked a defenseless
ship, and in the face of a real adversarry... he turns tail and runs.
Good day, to all cowardly "pirates".


PS: Now, Zulah Blackheart... there is a Pirate I can respect, even as I
despise him. Come back from your slumber, true Adimral of the Pirates of
Meropis. Give me a fight that is WORTH something.
