Faster than time itself! Squeezing in just a year before the
semi-centennials the CIJ celebrates a quarter of a millenium since its
founding by Silvestri Carnivalis. In order to celebrate this we have a
number of events lined up for this weary old world.

Just opened this month is lottery 9 with fantastic prizes for the
winners. Tickets can be bought for a measly thousand sovereigns apiece
either from Nadler or at the Lottery Offices in Delos.

Furthermore we will be hosting a travelling carnival, performing with a
different group of jesters in a different city every month. Come Miraman
we will be in Hashan, from there we will move on to Eleusis, Cyrene,
Shallam, Ashtan and finally Mhaldor in Phaestian. Everyone is of course
free to visit multiple venues, in fact, we recommend doing so although
we do advice staying away from those cities where one may be enemied.

These events aside we are hoping to be able to deliver a final surprise
toward the end of the year. So come one, come all, celebrate this happy
year with us wherever we may be.
