Greetings,

For several years I have been resurrecting Shallam during the raids. I
have stopped what I was doing, whether it was working with the young of
Eleusis, or Sentinel Cubs, or learning to hunt and fight, or doing the
scroll work I love, or spending time with my family. I have even left my
fiance during the rare times we get to ourselves to come and res your
cityfolk.

Like always, when I get there, I join the party and announce that I am
available to res. I have moved my own grove in order to assist you in
the raids. I spent alot of time and effort making sure that the area
surrounding the groves I use has been safe. I still owe Mister Veldrin
for all those eye sigils, I am sure.

Having announced, I would stand there for days and days, ressing and
portaling. To no benefit of my own. I never got paid, hardly got thanks,
and rarely got a smile. I understand raids. I understand that you dont
always have time to stop and pay whoever ressed you. Sometimes you dont
even have time to say thanks or give a smile. That's fine. But you know
what? You could do it after the raid has finished. You could show -some-
gratitude. Because believe me.. None of you are so high and mighty that
its an honour for -me- to take time out of my months to res you all.

The last time I actually arrived to res, I was asked to do so. I did my
usual thing, and waited. I watched as several of you actually prayed
rather then allow me res you. Someone turned up in my grove as a soul,
and asked me where another person was who could res them. Now.. I
understand you may not have heard me announce four or five times. Or you
may simply have forgotten, but take it from someone who goes out of
their way every time to stand around waiting.. I really was not in the
mood to be so unappreciated.

Did you guys know that other people actually charge for resses? I never
once charged. Same with refills.. Did you know that there are forestals
out there who actually expect Payment for that odd health or mana fill
they do? I have never charged. I make it clear that any payment is a
donation.

From now on I will be charging, for resses and refills. From -everyone-.
My apologies to the young who cant afford the usual prices.

From now on I will expect between 2000 and 5000 gold per res. If you
cannot or do not pay once you have life, I will simply add you to my own
personal "No-res no-fill" list. Naw.. it wont hurt you too much. I know
there are plenty of other forestals out there willing to do what you
need. In fact it will hurt me more, because I hate to see people as
souls. But at least it will no longer hurt my family, my fiance, my
work, my own education, and my self-pride. I have that, pride.

To everyone else who did read this.. Dont forget to say thank you. Offer
payment. We are not doormats.

when I want where I want. If I decide to res a friend, I will do so.
