Greetings Everyone,

The shop known as "Knight's Hold" is now up for auction. The shop is
located in the Old Quarter of Hashan. This auction will last no less
than 6 months.

The auction will be held in an open bid format, meaning that individuals
who bid are entitled to know the current highest bid and may bid or
remove their bid as they wish to fit their current situation. Any bids
can be sent to me in MESSAGE form. This will keep things organized.

Anyone who bids must have the funds available to them. At the end of the
auction, if you are chosen, you will deposit the amount to Hashan's
account before the shop will be handed over to you. If you do not have
the funds available, the shop will then be handed to the runner up.

The Chancellery Ministry reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason. Also, if you plan to bid, make sure you have read through the
Retail Property Code of Hashan which is available in the city library or
I will be more than happy to send a copy to you via mail. If you follow
the RPC you will have no problems, I promise.
