Sapience,

While Nature, and thus Oakstone, does not concern itself with the
affairs of cities, occurrences exist where Nature is subject to harm
during skirmishes or hostile incursions.

To reiterate, Oakstone will not enemy those who attack or raid allies of
Nature. If a person is declared an enemy of Nature by mistake, we will
always seek to rectify this.

However, be aware that in cases where Nature is harmed during a raid or
attack, any person who is present and party to the culprit will be
considered as having actively participated in the assistance of the act.
It is in the best interest of said parties to be informed of the agenda
prior to the event so as not to incur punishment, and to know that the
following, as outlined by the Charter of Oakstone, identifies a person
as having assisted during the following scenarios:

- Accompaniment, i.e. following,
- Attacking Nature's defenders during instances of harm to Nature within
territories under the Council's protection by law,
- Resurrection of a forest enemy within a reasonable amount of time
after he or she has harmed Nature, regardless of whether they return to
cause further damage; and,
- Assisting a forest enemy in any way while they are doing any of the
above.

Furthermore, repeated instances of assistance will incur a greater
penalty, which will continue to rise unless the offender ceases all
forms of assistance for a period of five years minimum. More information
on Oakstone's laws can be found within the public scroll HELP OAKSTONE
LAWS.
