Greetings Minister of War,
Thank you for your message to the Crown of the Ithmia. It is an
opportune time to remind both yourself and the world that my city is
noted for its unaging tenacity and fortitude. Our people and its Houses
have a diverse range of interests and this is reflected in the strength
of unity that we possess.
The most important point is this - 'Hashan remains strong as the only
city of true neutrality, serving the interests of no other when her own
have not been secured.' We have little time for the posturing of other
states and have affairs of our own to attend to. The city will not be
defending the icons of chaos and evil, nor will it be defending those of
creation and light.
Hashan has often been misrepresented and drawn into conflict not of its
own making. We are making the point quite clear at this point that this
conflict does not involve our people.
However, as is the way of any sovereign state - If any city wishes to
attack the icons of Hashan's Houses, then we as a city will respond.
