Your Threats

You claim in your post the idea of "mercy" given by Ashtan toward
Shallam during the war, and yet your mercy has no meaning. It was only
another attempt of politics from Ashtan, an attempt to mask a hidden
agenda. The policies laid forth by Rho at the time have given us a
foundation to build the new Shallam, the one that has seen the
destruction of the Mhaldorian icons, and now the destruction of the
Ashtani ones. Mhaldor is a skeleton of the city it once was, a weakened
city of lying ideals, and Ashtan is decaying and decrepit, the wasteland
that your Lord hopes everything to become.

You speak of mercy toward the city, and yet you boast apocalypse. Your
Lord and His followers seek to destroy all things in the world- what
kind of mercy is that? As your armies marched through the walls, you
laughed behind your veils as you plotted things that are more vile and
sinister than the tortures I witnessed as I served in the army of
Ashtan.

You speak of the fury of the Bastion falling upon Shallam. Foul beasts
of Chaos and warriors maddened by the corrupting influence of Chaos
marching through the streets of Shallam. But even after the war, your
tainted warriors continued to walk our streets amidst the rubble,
killing our citizens.

Eventually, we learned. We grew, and as we grew, our allies grew with
us. Your champions of Chaos came to our walls, and were felled.
Champions of Evil breached our walls, and were eventually repelled. And
now Shallam stands as a polished shield against the torrential Darkness
that consumes the world. The walls now repel the Chaos that so very
often assaults them. And now we have forged ourself a sword.
The forces of Good, not only Shallam, but all those that hold dear to
Creation, have combined. They have seen the threat of Chaos that we saw
so long ago. Chaos and Oblivion threaten Creation, but Creation does not
sit idly by while your Occultism destroys it. You claim Oblivion is
inevitable, and yet Chaos is eradicated regularly. Your precious karma
burns in our pyre. We banish your occultic monstrosities at all steps.
Your citizens that are not yet corrupted leave in droves, seeking true
happiness.

The guidance of the Te'Serra is more than hope. It is strategy. The Sun
banishes the Darkness as surely as Good banishes Chaos. Your madness is
a disease, and only the end of Chaos among us can truly cure the
disease.

Citizens of Ashtan, look through the veiled lie your Archons call
"Freedom." You are puppets to a shadowy cabal, pawns in a game to
expedite their hoped end of the world. Your citymates and your leaders
hope for your death as much as their own. There is no democracy, it is
anarchy. Immorality and nihilism are insanity and excuses to do as you
wish, but the direst of circumstances will befall you. Repent and save
yourselves, and help us end the nightmare that is to come.

We will make this world right again.
