New Oakstone policies

Oakstone has long had a policy of enemying not only exterminators and
others who attack Nature, but also those who assist such people in their
attacks. As of the 13th of Lupar 536, important changes have been
implemented to Oakstone's penalties for such assistance.
In the past, each incident of assistance of an attack upon nature
brought a flat fine and one year of time as a forest enemy. Now,
repeated incidents of assistance within a 5-year period will result in
increasing penalties per incident. This structure is on par with
extermination and holocaust sentencing and encompasses all methods of
assistance defined within the Oakstone Charter. No longer will assisting
crimes against Nature earn a consistent 5,000 sovereign and one year
punishment without regard to the number of incidents the culprit has
participated in.
The new policies are described in more detail under the 'Laws' heading
within the Oakstone Charter, located at Eleusis' Central Hall.
